  This attendee is an affiliate members who is not exhibiting.
• Non-Member - no Pre Conference – $425.00
  This attendee is a non-member and will attend the conference Thursday and Friday only. This attendee not a vendor or business partner.
• Non-Member with Pre Conference worksho – $500.00
  This attendee is a non member and will attend Wednesday through Friday. This attendee is not a vendor or business partner.
